Aerial Yoga Classes - Space is limited, so preregistration is required for this class. All cancellations must be done 2 hours prior to the start of class to avoid being charged. A yoga mat is required.
Kids & Teens
Adult - All Levels Aerial Flow - Thurs, Sat Although this class may look intimidating, it is for both life-long yogis and fitness enthusiasts. This 60-minute flow style class links creative movement and power postures to provide an opportunity to build strength and coordination. Utilizing the hammock can also assist in creating flexibility beyond what traditional yoga can provide. Modifications and advanced cues will be given so that students can practice to their personal edge.
Great for Beginners and All Levels.
Using the hammock to support your body as you lengthen your spine, open your shoulders and hips, and all your body to Decompress....
This slow-flow class is a perfect way to become familiar with your hammock as well as a regular practice.

Aerial yoga helps children gain concentration, flexibility, body awareness, balance, and strength. Subconsciously we’re training their bodies and minds not to be afraid of trying new things! Be sure to bring a mat.
Teen Aerial - Ages 13 - 17 - Our Teen Gotta Fly class is designed to Teenagers to safely move through asanas (poses), inversions and discover other yoga practices. Aerial yoga will help Teens gain concentration, flexibility, body awareness, balance, and strength. Subconsciously we’re training their bodies and minds not to be afraid of trying new things! Be sure to bring a mat.

The aerial hammocks have additional multi-length handles added for this class, converting the hammocks into an aerial trapeze.
Aerial Fitness is designed to build upper body and core strength while stretching and lengthening the entire body through yoga poses and inversions.
