Learn how to use your core to power up your practice. Engagement of the lower belly is a subtle but important element in many Vinyasa Yoga Postures. This workshop will teach you how to use your core for more stability in balancing postures, to fly in gravity defying postures such as arm balances and inversions, protect your back in back bending, deepen forward folds, to facilitate more open hips, more effective twisting and detoxification, and to expand the breath. All levels welcome.
