Ashtanga Crash Course:Building a Strong Practice in Six weeks!6 Sundays, beginning April 11 2:30pm – 4:00pm
This workshop will build a foundation for a strong Ashtanga Practice. Ashtanga is a dynamic form of yoga that balances strength & flexibility and teaches discipline and how to control the mind. It is the father of most modern western forms of yoga and it is powerful and transformative. Each week, students will be guided through practice and we will pick up where we left off.
