Yoga and running are natural partners. One easily enhances the other. They both create a union of the mind and body that allow us to lean into the fullness of our lives. With efficiency, yoga and running allow us to endure and live from an authentic place of power and wisdom.

In yoga and running group, the relationship between the two experiences will be explained in an easy and accessible format. Techniques will be taught to build a healthy form to your running practice. Yoga asana (postures) will be used to enhance the strength and flexibility of your body for running. Yoga philosophy, meditation and pranayama (breathing) will be used to increase focus and find clarity in your practice.
