Massage
Classic Swedish
Swedish Massage uses gentle, gliding strokes to soften tense and sore muscles. This massage produces numerous physical benefits and induces deep relaxation.
Deep Tissue
Similar to Classic Swedish, but with deeper, more intense pressure. Allows for loosening of tight, overused muscles and helps with chronic muscular pain and injury rehabilitation.
Neuromuscular Therapy
This massage is for those that have limited movement in their joints and muscles. Focus is on one area to relieve chronic pain. Use of intense, deep pressure to release muscle and connective tissue. A series of sessions is recommended to receive maximum benefit.
Prenatal Massage
Certified Nuturing the Mother pregnancy massage therapist. Pregnancy massage can help with many issues that arrise during pregnancy including relieving nausea, increasing circulation, and decreasing joint and muscular discomfort.

My journey began in Taos, New Mexico 8 years ago. The enchanted land of Taos is home to wonderful healers I met along my path. I had the fortune of developing relations with a Sikh, Swami, Buddhist, Astrologist, Numerologist, Reiki Master, Massage Therapist, Somatic Experiencing Therapist and Doctor of Oriental Medicine. For two years I practiced Kundalini Yoga with Harbajan Kalsha, a Craniosacral Therapist. During this yoga practice began my awareness of the correlation between physical pain and emotional and spiritual disruption. I've come to believe there is an emotional component to all our physical discomfort. While entrenched in the yogi lifestyle for 30 days at an ashram, I was awakened to the spiritual aspect of the yogi lifestyle. I continually strive on integrating the mind, body, and spirit as one.I am a licensed esthetician and massage therapist. I am certified in Reiki Level I & II and Hatha Yoga. My mission is to share my experience and wisdom given to me along this journey, bringing awareness and healing to others. I look forward to meeting new individuals who are ready to embark on their journey to new health and spiritual well-being. |
