Who can particpate:
Parents, caregivers or loved ones with a child ages 5 and up
Cost: $5.00 per child. Parents, caregivers or loved ones practice free
Location: University Studio
Children mirror their parents and are very curious about what they do. Engaging in a healthy practice, like yoga, is great modeling for kids. Having them join in is even better.
Yogis and yoginis come together in a lighthearted class for family yoga fun! Laughter and love fill each class and is sure to inspire the entire family's relationship. This bonding class is open to extended family members and caregivers too!
