Auto Pay Options:

Auto Pay 3 months Unlimited Yoga:
3 monthly payments of $125.00

Auto Pay 6 months Unlimited Yoga:
First Month is $100.00 and the last 5 months are $125.00

Auto Pay Terms of Agreement:

I agree that my credit/debit card will be charged whether or not I attend any yoga classes during the chosen time period. I further authorize a $25.00 charge to my account in any case in which the automatic charge is rejected because my specified account has either been closed or there are insufficient funds to cover the charges owed.

I agree to give Gotta Yoga LLC prompt written notice of any change in my account, and understand that Gotta Yoga LLC must receive such notice at least 10 days before my next scheduled payment is due in order for it to be effective as part of the next months billing cycle.

I understand that if my account contains insufficient funds to satisfy all current charges, my right of access to yoga classes may be suspended until my account balance has be paid in full.

If I choose to discontinue either the 3 month or 6 month plan, I understand I will be charged a $50 administration fee. If I choose to discontinue the 6 month plan, I understand I will be charged an additional $25 to repay the discount given in the first month, for a total of $75.
