"The Partner Yoga Workshop was so incredible today! Life changing actually. I cannot thank you enough! Scott and I had such a great time and spent the rest of the day sharing about how lucky we felt to experience it together. To my surprise, Scott loved the experience and wanted to know if there would be another opportunity to take a partner class. Perhaps we could look into scheduling a private lesson with you? Enjoy the rest of your weekend and I'll see you this week : )" ~Heather Perrie

"I wanted to let you know our little baby boy arrived 1 day late, Friday, 9/4 @ 11:11pm. I started feeling contractions at 3pm and used the breath you taught me in class, went to the hospital at 915pm (a little late)was 8 cm dialated.... Pushed for 18 minutes!! We are all doing great!! Thank You For All Your Support!" ~Jennifer And Ava

"My delivery was awesome thanks to yoga. Austin was 5 days late, they induced me and total time in labor start to finish was 8hrs. and I only pushed for 20 minutes which is unbelievable for a first time mom. Tell everyone that the million squats truly helped me have a speedy delivery and allowed me to heal faster too. I am positive the yoga and squats is what allowed me to have an easy pregnancy and super easy delivery. I encourage every one to continue with yoga because I also feel that has allowed Austin to be an easy baby as well. Kendra and I both feel that our easy going kids are doing to relaxing behaviors from yoga". ~Kim Fitz Prenatal Yogi and new mom!

"...YOU were right about contractions, you can't not explain them and definitely have to remember to breathe. I had an epidural and some pitocin because I washolding steadfast for awhile. Thank you for the class and all your support...it really helped. I ended up only pushing for less than an hour.....thanks to all those squats. We are all home and healthy." ~ Mallory Hammerle - prenatal yogi and new mom!

"...The nurse and doctor said they couldn't believe how easy it seemed for me to push and how quickly I was able to deliver for a first-time mother. I knew it was due to all those squats you made us do!! I wasn't happy doing them, but I sure am thankful you made me!! =) Tessa was 3 weeks 1 day early but no problems at all. She weighed 5 lbs 9 oz and was 18 inches long. The doctor said she felt that was about what she expected for me since I only gained 23 lbs throughout the entire pregnancy. Thank you Diane for being such a good instructor and giving such good words of advice. I was unexpectedly calm throughout the entire birthing process and kept thinking about breathing and maintaining good oxygen for my baby and my body..." ~Sarah Vincent - Prenatal yogi and new mom!

"I believe that doing Prenatal Yoga was very helpful during my pregnancy and helped prepared me for labor. I learned a lot about breathing and maintaining my breathe which helped get me through the contractions, it increased my flexibility which made it easier to get into the positions the nurses recommended for pushing, and it helped me to stengthen the muscles I needed to help with pushing. The nurses during my delivery commented how flexible and mobile I was and also how quickly my labor went considering I was a 1st time mother (8,5 hours total and 15 min pushing). I really enjoyed your class and I am planning on bringing Kamryn to your 6 weeks to crawling Mommy & Me class!" ~ Megen Waugh, Prenatal Yogi and New Mom!

"...Thank you and Diane so much for Gotta Yoga. I was in labor for around 36 hours before I received my epidural. I truly believe I got through this due to the classes at Gotta Yoga and Diane's wonderful teachings. I am truly glad that she was my guide. Please share with the other pregnant yogies. Let them all know that they are all in the perfect classes to get through this wonderful experience. Happy new year, and I will see all of you in mommy and me classes in 2009". ~ Kendra Byers, new mom and prenatal yogi

"...Diane last nights class was great. My left rib pain had returned when I was sleeping and my stretching was not working. However I had a night without pain, last night. Thank you for a great class. It shows me I can't skip a week of yoga. If only most women would realize how many aches and pains could be relieved with prenatal yoga..." ~Kathy deBree, expectant mom
