A Class For New Mommies

A gentle yoga practice to help you regain abdominal tone and body strength. This class will address common post partum concerns such as neck, shoulders and pelvic strengthing. This class also provides a great forum for mothers to share information, support and parenting tips.

In addition to Mommy Yoga we will incorporate Baby Yoga exercises to strengthen babies growing muscles, aid in digestion and promote good sleeping patterns. There will be a slight introduction to Infant massage.

This class is great to support Mom And Baby after birth.

Every Saturday in June:

Saturday June 5 – Saturday, June 26 2:30pm – 3:45pm

Registration: Now Open. Space is limited to 10 mommies and babies
