Family Yoga

Offered the 3rd Sunday of each month, beginning Sunday October 16!

Who can particpate:
Parents, caregivers or loved ones with a child ages 5 and up

Cost: $8.00 per child. Parents, caregivers or loved ones practice free
Location: Lake Norman Studio

Children and families come together in a lighthearted class for family yoga fun! Laughter and love fill each class and is sure to inspire the entire family's relationship.This bonding class is open to extended family members and caregivers too...adults practice free with their little yogi!
