Basic Yoga

Our Basic classes are a powerful learning experience for beginners to advanced practitioners, designed to give each student time to focus on alignment, technique and breathing in order to obtain the maximum benefits from your postures and avoid injury.

Classes are broken down into a 8 week series that covers the basic fundamentals of Yoga. Basic Classes are an 8 week rotation:

  • Week 1 is Sun Salutations A&B
  • Week 2 is Warriors/Triangle
  • Week 3 is Crescent/Twists
  • Week 4 is Forward Bends
  • Week 5 is Balancing
  • Week 6 is Hip openers
  • Week 7 is Back Bends
  • Week 8 is Inversions.
